How I handle stress

I whipped up this batch of cookie dough this morning
while on a conference call for work.

(I spent a lot of time on hold.)

My hands started measuring out the butter and sugar before
my brain really recognized what I was doing.

It’s a stressful week.
Prayer helps. Talking helps. Sleep helps. Crying even helps.

And a little cookie dough goes a long way.
